Recruiting talent seminar is on Friday

The Office of Continuing Studies and Outreach at the University of North Alabama is registering participants for the 12th annual North Alabama Human Resource Management Conference on Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. at the Shoals Conference Center in Florence.

Mark Murphy, the speaker, will discuss the topic, “Becoming a Talent Magnet: How the Greatest Companies Recruit, Retain and Develop the Best Talent.”

The cost to attend is $259 per person, or $239 per person when two or more persons from the same organization register together. For groups of five or more registering together, the cost of registration is $199. The fee includes breakfast, refreshments, lunch, course materials and a certificate of attendance.
