Plan your big day with help from bridal fair at Burningtree

A “Bridal Extravaganza” will be Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. at Burningtree Country Club.

This second annual bridal show will feature a variety of merchants with wedding-related items at the clubhouse on Indian Hills Road in Southeast Decatur.

A bridal fashion show will be presented. Informational displays will be set up by area businesses that provide wedding photography, cakes and other foods, party rentals, plants, videos, transportation, bands, disc jockeys, harpists and even a magician.

Stores and representatives with gifts, porcelain, fashions, hairstyles, makeup, real estate and more will take part.

Kellie Reeves, Burningtree food, beverage and banquet manager, plans to serve hors d’oeuvres and show what the club can offer for weddings, receptions, meetings, reunions, birthdays, golf outings and other events.

This is a free event, but donations can be given at the door for S.N.A.P., the Special Needs Accessible Playground that Civitan, Kiwanis, Rotary and Lions clubs and others are raising funds to build in Hartselle.
