It's fun at the fair for 3 more days

The annual Morgan County Fair continues through Saturday at the Morgan County Fairgrounds, with rides, games, live entertainment, exhibits, livestock, petting zoo and concessions.

Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for children under 12. Children under 6 are free.

Rides are $1 each or 20 tickets for $15.

Here’s the upcoming entertainment:

Thursday: The Monument Quartet, 7 p.m. Gates open 5:30 p.m.-10 p.m. Armbands are $16.

Friday: Alabama Championship Wrestling, 7:30 p.m. Gates open 5:30 p.m.-midnight. Armbands are $20.

Saturday: Battle of the Bands, 6 p.m.

Heifer and steer shows will begin at 2 p.m. Saturday. Gates open at noon and close at 10 p.m. Armbands are $16 until 6 p.m. and $20 after 6 p.m. The new car giveaway winner will be announced at 9 p.m. You must be present to win.
