Kate Campbell concert to raise funds for state constitutional reform

Singer-songwriter Kate Campbell will help raise awareness about reforming Alabama’s state constitution with a benefit concert Nov. 8 in Sheffield.

“Don’t miss this opportunity to hear Kate’s award-winning and soulful music,” said Mark Berte, grassroots education director for the Alabama Citizens for Constitutional Reform Foundation. “Her song lyrics often treat issues of social justice and the teachings of Christ and are firmly rooted in her native Delta Blues tradition.”

The concert will begin at 7 p.m. at Grace Episcopal Church, 103 Darby Ave., Sheffield. Tickets are $19 for adults and $7 for students. Proceeds will benefit the ACCR. Purchase tickets through www.constitutionALreform.org. or call (256) 764-5961.
