Georgia firm submits low bid for Priceville patrol car

PRICEVILLE — Priceville Town Council on Thursday approved the low bid of $31,526 from Carl Gregory Dodge of Columbus, Ga., for a 2007 police pursuit vehicle.

Mike Patton Auto Mall of Opelika submitted the only other bid, of $33,709. Police Chief Billy Peebles said Mike Patton will deliver the car Feb. 20. Cloverleaf Chrysler Dodge of Decatur and Dan Wachtel Chrysler Dodge of Athens did not submit bids.
