Narcotics agents conducted raids Thursday and Friday, arresting five people, Decatur police said.

Police on Thursday discovered over 1 pound of marijuana, ecstasy, two handguns and drug sale paraphernalia at 2813 Wimberly Drive S.W., Apartment B, said Investigator Archie Letson.

Steven Durie Bibb, 30, of that address, and Caressa Lashay Young, 25, of 218 Eighth St. S.W., Apartment 2, each face charges of first-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bibb is also charged with possession of a controlled substance. Morgan County Jail released Bibb and Young on Thursday on $2,000 and $1,250 bonds, respectively.

A raid Friday on 113 Memorial Drive N.W. turned up ecstasy, marijuana, a handgun, drug paraphernalia and cash, said Investigator Matt Chance.

Police arrested Rechika Hampton, 28, of that residence, and Tomoko Terrell Elliott, 29, of 601 Prospect Drive S.E., Apartment 3, charging each with one count of possessing a controlled substance. Hampton also faces a charge of second-degree marijuana possession. An 18-year-old Decatur woman was also arrested on a misdemeanor loitering charge.

Police said they would transfer Hampton and Elliott to Morgan County Jail to be held in lieu of $1,250 and $750 bonds, respectively.
