CAPSHAW — Two men allegedly caught hauling stolen goods are facing multiple theft charges in Limestone County and Madison.

Limestone County Sheriff's Department Chief Investigator Stanley McNatt said Jose Hernandez, 26, and Jose Louise Juarez, 19, both of 403 Fifth Street, Athens, were occupants in a van that Madison police stopped and found stolen items from Limestone and Madison. McNatt said a Madison theft victim gave police a description of the van.

McNatt said the duo allegedly took compact discs, purses, a hat and money totaling $780 from three vehicles Wednesday or Thursday from the Capshaw area. The vehicles were on Alden Springs, Joseph Drive and Pepper Road.

The two are in Madison County's jail. Limestone will charge them with three counts of breaking and entering a
