Construction of The Crossings of Decatur - a 260,000-square-foot, $50 million development - is moving toward the grand opening on Oct. 14 of Target, the anchor store.

Other announced tenants include PetSmart, Ross Dress For Less, Old Navy, Rack Room Shoes and rue21. Target is the largest building in this photo, made Tuesday.

Ross, closer to the camera, is the second-largest. The development is in the southeast corner of U.S. 31 and Alabama 67.
