Camp Meeting holding workdays

The Hartselle Camp Meeting Association will hold a workday at the campgrounds Friday and Saturday, said Rob Cain, president.

Volunteers will be renovating a dorm to be used as Kid’s World at this year’s meeting, moving several cabins and doing odd jobs. Workers should bring hand tools and work gloves. Call Cain at 310-8067 for more information.

Alzheimer’s group meets Tuesday

The Alzheimer’s support group will meet Tuesday at 7 p.m., at the Mental Health Association office, 207 Commerce Circle S.W.

The program will go over the “Resources for Families” guide, which identifies community agencies and businesses that provide services for people with
dementia and their caregivers. Every caregiving family represented will receive a free copy of the guide.
