A neighbor said the former resident moved to Chicago and left this car at 409 Glennwood Road S.W. The car doesn't have a tag.

Hiding in plain sight

Location: 409 Glennwood Road S.W.

Description: In the driveway sits a vehicle with a cinder block under the left front tire. The car doesn’t have a tag.

Property owner: The house is on the market. A neighbor said the former resident moved to Chicago and left the car. He said the grass has been as high as 3 feet tall. It has since been cut.

Ordinance: Vehicles must be properly licensed.

Responsible officials: City Council President Billy Jackson did not return a phone call. Neither did inspector David Lee.
