Hope that's insured

Insurance agent Charles Howse fills out information on his damaged car on Wednesday. A pickup struck the car and rear of Howse's State Farm office on Main Street in Hartselle shortly before 2 p.m.

Driver Melvin Nickelson said he swerved to avoid colliding with a U.S. Postal Service vehicle, swiping the building and Howse's car. Nickelson's wife was a passenger.

She was taken to the Hartselle Medical Center and later released, a family member said. The wreck remained under investigation.
