Bill Kelley of Athens, a steerer in the Sheriff’s Rodeo, helps Michael Kyle, 5, ride a pony at the Limestone County Sheriff’s Special Needs Rodeo on Friday. Doug Owens is also helping. Sheriff’s department employees help put on the yearly rodeo, which is meant for special needs children and adults. Besides rides, the event includes music, games and food.
