Dog wash Saturday at Wilson Morgan

The Morgan County Humane Society will host a dog wash Saturday at Wilson Morgan Park from 9 a.m. to noon.

Robyn Purdy said the group will accept donations from people to have their dogs washed. She said hot dogs, cold drinks, candles and dog treats will be available.

Purdy said in addition to getting their pets spruced up, people will have an opportunity to meet dogs from Search and Rescue Tactical Education Concept.

"All proceeds will go toward constructing a centrally located facility to service all of Morgan County at our property at 86 Gum Springs Cut Off Road," Purdy said. "Donations and volunteers are needed."
