CORRECTION

State Board of Education member Randy McKinney, R-Gulf Shores, is running for the Senate District 32 seat that Bradley Byrne, R-Fairhope, vacated to become two-year college chancellor. A story in the Sunday's edition listed the wrong district.

Also, Athens' Aug. 14 alcohol referendum will require a simple majority to go back to being a dry city, the Alabama League of Municipalities told City Clerk John Hamilton on Wednesday.
