TRINITY — The Trinity Town Council on Monday approved adopting a proclamation supporting a playground for physically challenged children at Sparkman Park in Hartselle.

Bob Francis of Hartselle,
project manager for developing the Morgan County Special Needs Accessible Playground, spoke to the council June 12 and asked for support of the proclamation.

Francis said SNAP, the acronym for the playground, would cost $600,000.
