HARTSELLE — Surveillance video helped Hartselle police make arrests in the burglary of a pharmacy early Wednesday.

Lt. Justin Barley said Chase Robin Keenum, 19, of 2716 Sandlin Road S.W., Decatur, and Jennifer Beth Geisenhoff, 18, of 404 Henderson Greenwell, Somer-ville, face charges of third-degree burglary.

Barley said officers responded to a burglary alarm at Buy Rite Drugs at about 2:30 a.m. and determined that the suspects allegedly took various prescription medications.

"A review of the surveillance revealed the suspects to be a white male and a white female in a white Chevrolet Monte Carlo," Barley said.

Hartselle police issued a bulletin, and Decatur police officers located and detained the suspects before transferring them to Hartselle for questioning. Investigator Sgt. Robby Robinson charged the couple after an interview.

Keenum and Geisenhoff were transferred to Morgan County Jail, where they each posted $750 bond for their release.
