Another wreck at Alabama 24 and McEntire Lane injured an infant and two adults Saturday afternoon.

Meagan Grant, 20, and Thelma Moses, 63, both of Decatur, were taken to Decatur General Hospital by Decatur EMS.

Grant was admitted to the hospital and was in fair condition Sunday. Moses was treated and released Saturday. MedFlight took 2-year-old Christopher Schnakenberg to Hunts-ville Hospital. He was listed in serious condition Saturday, but was discharged Sunday.

Grant was driving a sedan with the child in an infant seat in the back when they collided about 2:45 p.m. with a sedan driven by Moses, state troopers said.

A police officer on the scene said this is one of the most dangerous local intersections. Several wrecks have occurred there, and recently residents and city officials have sought to have a stoplight installed.
