Stop and smell the magnolias

A little bit of loving and a dash of rain is all these magnolia trees needed to bloom.

Jeff Dunlap, Decatur Parks and Recreation director, said his department and the Beautification Board partnered to plant the magnolia trees, install an irrigation system and lay the grass.
