Man, 65, charged with dealing drugs

Drug agents arrested a 65-year-old on charges of selling drugs to an undercover agent, Decatur police said Friday.

Theotis Roosevelt Baker of 3215 Main Ave. S.W. faces two charges of distributing a controlled substance.

Baker also faces a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia after narcotics agents found drug use items during a search of his residence, said Investigator Archie Letson of the Organized Crime Unit.

He was additionally charged with resisting arrest.
