Morgan County adopts 2008 budget The Morgan County Commission adopted a $40,961,690 budget for its 2008 fiscal year. The commission did not have to dip into its Road and Bridge fund to balance its General Fund budget, which is $20,542,536. The budget includes a 5 percent pay raise of all county employees.
