Woman arrested after police find crack

Decatur Police Department’s Organized Crime Unit and Anti-crime Unit arrested a Decatur woman Friday after finding crack cocaine at her home at 802 Freemont St. S.W. Carolyn Denia Bowman, 43, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said units searched her home on a warrant and found crack and drug paraphernalia. She was transferred to Morgan County Jail and released on $1,250 bond.
