'Charlotte' last of free movies tonight
The free movie-in-the-park series continues Saturday night with a showing of "Charlotte's Web" at Rhodes Ferry Park. The G-rated animated film tells the story of Wilbur, a pig befriended by a spider named Charlotte, who concocts a plan to keep him from becoming somebody's dinner. Presented by Decatur Parks and Recreation, the movie will begin at about 8, preceded by cartoons. This is the last movie of the summer series. Attendees should bring a blanket or lawn chair to sit on and are welcome to bring a picnic dinner.
