Rigs jackknife on wet road

Wet conditions on Interstate 65 between the Decatur and Priceville exits Tuesday afternoon set off a chain of accidents. Two southbound tractor trailers jackknifed, apparently because of road conditions, shortly before 4 p.m., state troopers said.

Shortly after, a two-vehicle wreck with no injuries took place in the southbound lanes. Another two-vehicle wreck with no injuries took place in the northbound lanes. '

Troopers said they briefly closed the interstate at about 5 p.m. to clear the vehicles.
