Grilling for Dollars

Limestone Career Technical students like Dustin Butler, left, Sara Mattox, middle, and Atalia Trejo will be grilling out Saturday for the Grilling for Dollars BBQ.

Carhartt and Tractor Supply sponsor the event to raise money for SkillsUSA, a school organization with more than 300 student members.

SkillsUSA is a national nonprofit organization that serves teachers and high school and college students who are preparing for careers in trade, technical and skilled service occupations.

The cookout will start at 9:30 a.m. at Tractor Supply in Athens on U.S. 72 and will last until the hamburgers and hot dogs run out. There also will be shaved ice, baked goods and drinks.
