2 killed in single-car accidents in Limestone, Cullman counties

Single-car accidents in Limestone and Cullman counties killed two drivers.

According to trooper reports, Stacey Michele Harris, 33, of Madison died after a wreck on Copperfield Lane in the Copperfield Subdivision in Capshaw.

The wreck occurred at 1:45 a.m. on Saturday. Troopers said she was not wearing a seat belt.

Segers Volunteer Fire Department Assistant Chief Ron Burgess said she hit a culvert, and her vehicle rolled. There was entrapment.

She was pronounced dead at an area hospital. Further information was not immediately available.

Ronald Gilbert Tucker, 49, of Cullman died after his wreck on Cullman County 813, eight miles west of Cullman.

According to trooper reports, he was not wearing his seat belt. His wreck occurred Friday at 8:36 p.m.
