A Decatur man remains in the Morgan County Jail, charged with burglarizing Ogle Collision Center.

Officers arrested Timothy Derrand Orr, 39, of 4 Oxmore Flint Road Apartment A2 after someone reported suspicious activity outside the business at 3920 Poole Valley Road S.W. on Saturday.

Orr is charged with third-degree burglary and criminal mischief.

Investigators said Orr used force to enter the business.

He is being held in lieu of $1,250 bond.
