Falkville Town Council
FALKVILLE — The Falkville Town Council on Tuesday:
Approved appointment of Kay Farrer to the library board with term expiring Oct. 1, 2011.
Approved appointment of Eric Alexander to the Park and Recreation board.
Approved appointment of Vernon Ayre Sr. to the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
Approved $300 registration for patrolman John Dickson to attend Law Enforcement Advanced Building Clearing Tactics at Jacksonville State University on Oct. 8-12.
Approved use of town property for annual fall festival Oct. 27 and Christmas in the Park on Dec. 2.
Approved $700 for seven chairs for council chamber.
