Hartselle Planning Commission

The Hartselle Planning Commission on Tuesday:

  • Rezoned 2 acres in the 2600 block of U.S. 31 from Agricultural 1 to Business 1.

  • Approved a four-lot plat for The Summit, a residential development on Burleson Mountain Road in the extra planning jurisdiction.

  • Approved a request from West End Methodist Church on St. Clair Street to consolidate three tracts.

  • Elected Jerry Putman as chairman of the Planning Commission and Bill Evans as vice chairman.

  • Approved site plans for Aslan Apartments on Mountainview Road.
