Roll Tide for Evan

Before going for his next surgery, Evan Lott, 4, of Hartselle, got a big Roll Tide gift — an autographed Alabama football — from volunteers assisting Evan’s Ark.

With Evan, who has spina bifida, are Gary Jones of DCA Ready Mix, and David Royer and Kevin Terry, both of General Electric. Coach Nick Saban and members of the Tide team signed the football, along with Paul Bryant Jr. and several former players, including Andrew Zow and Major Ogilvie.

Needless to say, Evan counts himself as a “huge” Bama backer.
