MOULTON — Lawrence County Circuit Judge Philip Reich accepted pleas and gave sentences and fines to the following defendants last week in circuit court:
Abby Gillespie Alexander, 46, P.O. Box 100, Trinity; driving under the influence of any substance, 12 months, $25 crime victims compensation fund, $600 fine; and use and possession of drug paraphernalia, 12 months, $25 Crime Victims’ Compensation Fund and $100 fine.
Malcom Bradley Alexander, 44, P.O. Box 108, Moulton; possession of controlled substance, 39 months, $50 CVCF, $500 fine and $1,000 to Demand Reduction Assessment; and possession of drug paraphernalia, 12 months, $25 CVCF and $100 fine; applied for probation.
Ashley Terry Bradford, 28, 1436 Lawrence County 246, Moulton; 14 counts of third-degree forgery, 12 months and $25 CVCF on each count; third-degree burglary, seven years, $50 CVCF; applied for probation.
Jerry Lynn Bryant, 30, 880 Lawrence County 49, Mount Hope; second-degree possession of forged instrument, 10 years, $50 CVCF; two counts of third-degree burglary, 10 years, $50 CVCF; possession of controlled substance, three years, $50 CVCF, $100 fine, $1,000 DRA; second-degree possession of marijuana, 12 months, $25 CVCF; possession of drug paraphernalia, 12 months; applied for probation.

Patrice Borden Pitt, 34, 22565 Alabama 157, Town Creek;
driving while license suspended, six month, $25 CVCF, $150 fine; two counts of driving while license revoked, six-month sentence and total of $300 fines;
driving while license suspended and illegal possession of prohibited liquor, two sentences of six months plus $150 fine; four counts of felony driving under the influence, 25 years total sentence, a total of $16,400 in fines; applied for probation.

Kendall Speegle, 26, 73 Mountain Brook Drive, Trinity; third-degree theft, 12 months, $25 CVCF; sentence suspended, 14 months supervised probation.
Larry Odis Strickland, 57, 16928 Lawrence County 460, Moulton; possession of a controlled substance, two years, $250 fine and $1,000 DRA;
driving through traffic control device, $10 fine.
Robert Taylor Sykes, 20, 575 Church St., Town Creek; third-degree burglary; two years and pay restitution of $539 to Hazlewood Elementary School.
Larry Wade Terry, 50, 65 Lawrence County 537, Moulton; possession of prescription drugs without prescription and possession of marijuana; 12 months each charge and $250 fine.
Marty Whisman, 24, 308 Lawrence County 316, Trinity; third-degree burglary, three-year sentence and pay restitution of $1505; applied for probation.
Jimmy Whitfield, 38, 417 South St., Moulton; first-degree possession of marijuana, 18-month sentence, $50 CVCF, $250 fine and $1,000 DRA; applied for probation.
Michael Williams, 28, 18640 Alabama 33, Moulton; second-degree theft; 12 months, $25 CVCF and pay $1,768 in restitution; applied for probation.
