Gave favorable recommendation to a request to vacate 0.77 acres of Market Street adjacent the Brickyard Landing Marina. Requested by Brickyard Landing Inc.
Consolidated 1.75 acres and 3.94 acres into a single tract of 5.69 acres southeast of Liberty Road and west of Kirby Bridge Road. That property was then subdivided into three tracts of 1.23, 1.29 and 3 acres with 0.17 acres reserved for right of way. Requested by Gary Walker and Thenia Brown.
