Woman arrested on drug charges lists Athens FOP as her employer A woman whom Decatur police arrested on drug charges listed her employer as the Fraternal Order of Police in Athens. The information is on a booking slip of Marilyn Lynn Stowe at the Morgan County Jail. Stowe, 40, of 3438 Gordon Terry Parkway, Trinity, faces two counts of distribution of a controlled substance.
