4 charged with drug trafficking By Seth Burkett
Narcotics agents arrested four people on charges of trafficking in drugs after finding 40 grams of crack cocaine during a raid on an apartment, Decatur police said Friday. Members of the police Organized Crime and Anti-Crime units also seized ecstasy, marijuana and drug paraphernalia during Thursday’s search at 1805-C Graymont Lane S.W., police said. Police arrested each of the following on charges of trafficking in cocaine, possession of a controlled substance, second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia: Morgan County jail released Collier on Friday on $4,250 bond; the others remained jailed in lieu of $4,250 bond each. Police also arrested Roy Lee Thomas, 39, of 1806 Graymont Lane S.W., Apartment 2, on charges of possessing a controlled substance, possessing drug paraphernalia and loitering in a drug house.
