Jill Greenlee from LifeSouth, right, shows Dewayne Eddy an Alyx chair in the new LifeSouth office on Danville Road. The station takes the red cells from blood and returns the platelettes back to the system.

The new office features the standard blood donation stations plus the Alyx system and an apheresis station that removes the platelettes from the blood.
