Priceville Town Council
PRICEVILLE — Priceville Town Council took the following action Thursday: Approved $26,390 to City Tech of Birmingham for updating business license, court, payroll, accounts payable and utility software. Approved $7,365 to City Tech for four workstations, monitor and file server. Approved $7,395 to Shoal Creek Communications to install security camera at Price-ville Elementary School. Approved $2,127.05 plus shipping and handling for 19 bulletin boards for Priceville Elementary. Approved $1,660.58 to TruGreen Services for municipal building property. Approved $1,368.81 for lodging for Priceville High School Robotics Team for the South's BEST Competition on Dec. 7-8 at Auburn University. Priceville won the national competition in 2006. Approved a 50-cent hourly cost-of-living raise for all employees, including Municipal Court Judge Tilden Dillard. Approved proclamation declaring Nov. 14 World Diabetes Day. Approved $50 to the Alabama Municipal Court Clerks and Magistrates Association for annual membership dues for Magistrate Linda Duran. Approved $150 for renewal of outfield sign at Priceville High School baseball field. Approved $150 to Alabama Mountain Lakes Tourist Association for annual membership dues. RONNIE THOMAS
