NEW PASTOR: The Rev. Greg Stuckey is the new pastor of Albany Baptist Church in Decatur. A native of Century, Fla., he earned bachelorís degrees from Norris Baptist Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas, and from Louisiana Baptist University in Shreveport, La., and a masterís degree from Andersonville Seminary in Camilla, Ga. He has formerly served as pastor of churches in Beaumont, Texas, and Shreveport.

Stuckey and his wife, Michelle, have one daughter, Madison.

NEW PASTOR: Town Creek First Missionary Baptist Church will install the Rev. Bryce Lipscomb as its pastor Sunday at 2 p.m. The Rev. Jesse Little and Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church will be guests.

Lipscomb is a Town Creek native. A graduate of Hazlewood High School and veteran of the U.S. Army, he works for International Paper Co. in Courtland. Lipscomb and his wife, Linda, have two sons, Bryce and Brenton.

OFFICER: The Order of the Fleur de Lis has named George Harvey of Decatur as master of the sword, one of four officers. The order is a Catholic menís service organization.
