Decatur boys soccer remains unbeaten

Decatur High's boys soccer team remained unbeaten Wednesday with a 4-2 road win over Lee-Huntsville.

Raul Alanis had two goals and an assist for Decatur (4-0-1). Mason Hastie and Tom Gray each added a goal, and Phoenix Iverson had an assist.

Softball

Priceville 14, Randolph 3: The Lady Bulldogs' Meaghan Bond struck out 11 batters in five innings of work, allowing three hits and three runs.

Caitlin Williams and Emily Smith each went 3-for-4 with three singles. Danielle Richard was 2-for-2 with a pair of singles. Smith Childers and Elizabeth Stejskal each had a single.

Priceville 4, Athens 0: Jessica Hopper worked seven innings for Priceville and allowed three hits and no runs. She walked one and struck out six.

At the plate, Smith walked three times, and Richard had a triple. Hopper doubled, and Williams and Bond each went 2-for-3 with two singles.
